We provide not only the necessary materials but also a comprehensive online course that explains step-by-step how to proceed. This kit is suitable for large installations of 600 to 2400 stars! Choose between two variants, the standard or the one with shooting stars built into the driver.

Warranty
Warranty Policy
1. General Provisions
We guarantee the quality and proper functioning of our products. Every purchase by a consumer (any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) benefits from the legal warranty of two (2) years for any lack of conformity, in accordance with the law of September 1, 2004, on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods.
2. What is Covered by the Warranty?
The legal warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product that exists at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within a period of two years. A product shows a lack of conformity if it:
- Does not match the product description on our website.
- Is not suitable for the use for which products of the same type are normally intended.
- Does not offer the performance that the customer can reasonably expect from a similar product.
3. What is NOT Covered by the Warranty? (Exclusions)
The warranty does not apply to and we are not liable for:
- Defects or damage resulting from an incorrect installation or assembly by the customer or a third party engaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, short circuits, connection to an incorrect voltage, and failure to use the supplied or recommended fuses.
- Damage caused by an accident, misuse, negligence, abnormal use, or failure to follow the instructions in the supplied manual.
- Damage resulting from external factors such as moisture or water damage (unless the product is explicitly designated as waterproof), fire, or lightning.
- Products whose electronics or housing have been opened, modified, or repaired by persons not authorized by us.
- Normal wear and tear of parts.
- Consumables such as batteries for the remote control.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim?
If you believe you are entitled to a warranty, you must follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Notification
Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than two (2) months after discovering the defect, via email at info@project-starlight.be
Step 2: Provide Information
Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name.
- The order number of your purchase.
- A clear and detailed description of the identified problem.
- Clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect. This is essential for a quick assessment.
5. Assessment and Solutions
Upon receipt of your claim, we will assess your case.
Assessment: We may ask you to return the defective product to us for inspection. The instructions for this will be provided by email.
Valid Claim: If the lack of conformity is confirmed and falls under the warranty conditions, the customer is entitled, in the first instance, to a free repair or replacement of the product, depending on what is possible and reasonable. If a repair or replacement is impossible, would be disproportionate, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the agreement (with a refund) may be proposed.
Invalid Claim: If, after inspection, it is found that the defect was caused by one of the excluded situations (see point 3), the right to warranty is void. In that case, the product can be returned at the customer's expense.
